For Juice:
In a juicer, combine stalks celery, 3 unpeeled carrots, 1/2 bunch spinach, 1 Tbsp. dry sea greens, 1/2 bunch parsley, and 1 tsp. Bragg's Liquid Aminos (if desired). Makes a 12-ounce glass of juice.
For Broth:
In a soup pot, cover the following vegetables with purified water. Simmer 30 minutes, then strain and discard solids. May add Bragg's Liquid Aminos or miso to taste. Refrigerate covered.
3-4 unpeeled carrots
3 stalks celery,
2 potatoes WITH skins
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 head cabbage
1/2 head broccoli
1 onion
Makes a 2-day supply.
